For the optional Contact Improv class, be sure to arrive on time. For Ecstatic Dance, feel free to arrive or leave at any time, but we believe the journey is best experienced as a whole: please try to arrive early. Our music is a mix of organic and electronic beats from around the globe—with a focus on the cutting edge of "bass music" production. The journey will open with flowing music to warm-up the body, steadily pick up in tempo & intensity to reach peaks of ecstasy, and gently land into meditative, heart-chakra stillness. (Note: There will be some powerful bass at moments through the premium sound system, but we don’t play rave music.)
